Q: Can your products be customized?

A: Yes, we can customize it according to your needs, we have R&D personnel, designers and technicians to comprehensively consider the feasibility of the product.

 

Q: What is your order process?

A: The purchaser provides a purchase list containing product size, material, quantity, and pictures, and our company completes the quotation within 2 days after receiving the purchase list. Both parties negotiate and confirm the technical drawing of the product, delivery date, payment method, product packaging, product logo, and other contents that the customer wants to know, after confirmation, we issue PI and the purchaser pays the full amount or deposit. The company carries out the production process, and we will contact you for shipping details a few days before the production is completed.
